No Free Trial
Please note that AI ASO Manager does not offer a free trial for its services. We encourage our customers to read the service description and this refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Money-Back Guarantee
AI ASO Manager offers a money-back guarantee under the following accepted circumstances:
Accidental Double Purchase: If a customer accidentally purchases the same product twice, a refund will be issued for one of the purchases.
Unused Generations: If a customer purchases generations but does not use one of them, a refund can be considered.
Technical Issues: If we fail to provide the service due to technical issues on our end and we are unable to resolve them, a full refund will be considered.
Circumstances of No Refund
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Change of Mind: If a customer changes their mind after making a purchase.
Incompatibility: If the service is incompatible with the client's requirements and no technical issue is at fault.
Unauthorized Payments: In cases of credit card fraud or other unauthorized payments, as AI ASO Manager cannot monitor authorization during payment. We recommend customers to contact the card issuers if there is a fraud.
